Exercise: If you want to stay fit then exercise is a must, there is no compulsion to join gym in order to have a well toned body. I do not enjoy lifting weights in the gym, instead I love to do below exercises.
Pull ups/ Chin ups: Pull ups is very beneficial in shaping up your entire torso region and build inner strength in your shoulders, forearms and wrists. It also helps you in making your grip stronger. Do not lose confidence if you are not able to do even a single pull up in the beginning, keep trying. Slowly you will start building inner strength and your repetitions would increase. I started with just one pull up and now I can easily do more than 30 pull ups at a time.
Push ups: Push ups are relatively easier compared to pull ups. If you face difficulty in doing proper push ups then you can try doing a beginners-half push ups, which are very easy and helpful. Push ups help activate muscles in the Chest, Abdomen, Deltoid and Triceps regions. Started with 8–9 push ups and now I can do more than 70–80 push ups at a time.
Playing Football: This is what helped me the most and keeps me fat free. The people who have gained excess fat should know that mere running or walking long distances would not work. Because in running and walking you are just working on same muscle group repetitively. In football, you twist and turn running randomly in all directions at different speeds. This helps a lot in doing a overall workout without any special efforts as such.
Cycling: For lower body workout non-gear cycles are best.
Drinking a glass of water daily even before you brush your teeth. You can add lemon juice or Apple Cider Vinegar to get faster results.
Drinking Water: Drinking water only after/before 1 hour of any meal. This will ensure that your food will be digested completely by the digestive enzymes present in your stomach. If you drink water immediately then these digestive enzymes get diluted and your food lies undigested. The undigested food then gets converted into fats easily.
Food:
- You can eat anything as much as you want just stay away from junk food and cold drinks.
- If possible make fermented veggies at your home. These are very helpful in maintaining your overall body health. These fermented veggies would increase good bacteria in your body helping you stay fit and healthy. All celebrities and Doctors eat these fermented veggies but they do not want us to know about it.
- Having right knowledge about the food you need to consume is also very important.
Sleep: A minimum of 7–8 hours of sleep is necessary in order to make all the above changes effective.
